On a gas range, the handles get too hot when boiling water. The handles are hollow and heat travels through them and heats them up quickly. These are great if you enjoy using pot holders all of the time.

I looked several places but when I seen these online I thought I liked the look of them. But when I received them they were beautiful. I have used them a little.... only due to the fact I bought them for our weekend house... but love the looks of them and so far seem to be great!

These are by far the best pans I have ever owned, and I have owned several brands and types in the past (including Revereware). These pans heat up quickly and cook evenly without burning. I highly recommend this set to anyone looking for cookware. They are wonderful!!!

We purchased this cookware set a few months ago, after seeing them for twice the price at a local department store, and we couldn't be happier with the quality! They're easy to clean and care for, they cook food quickly with evenly distributed heat and they feel solid without being too heavy. Great purchase!
